Telligent Software regards electronic privacy as a crucial part of the ongoing success of the Internet as a service, commercial, and e-commerce medium. Our policy is to keep the personal information we receive from our site completely confidential, and used solely for internal purposes. We will not share your personal information with any other parties and you can visit most pages on our site without providing any information about yourself. Because we collect information on our websites for various reasons, we have outlined what information we collect and what we do with it in the following sections:

Registration and/or Request Forms
Some of our sites contain registration and/or request forms that require users to give us information about themselves such as their name and e-mail address and unique identifiers such as software product numbers. We use customer contact information from the registration and request forms to send you information about our company and to contact you when necessary. Unique identifiers may be collected for use as to verify you as a registered user of our software.

Order Forms
Our site uses order forms for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect your information such as your e-mail address and financial information such as account or credit card numbers. Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers. Your contact information also lets us get in touch with you when necessary. We use financial information to bill you for products and services that you have purchased.

Demographic Information
We use this information to aggregate information to identify general customer trends. This information is also used to provide relevant content to you based on demographic information provided, including but not limited to industry and company size.

Surveys
Periodically, we run contests on our sites in which we ask visitors for contact information such as your e-mail address. We use contact data from our contests to send you information about our company, and to contact you when necessary.

Use of Cookies
When someone visits the site, a cookie is placed on the customer's machine if the customer accepts cookies or is read if the customer has visited the site previously. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. This means, for instance, that a user's session will be tracked, but the user will remain anonymous.

Security
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. When a user submits personal information, it is kept on a private server not accessible from the Internet. This prevents any malicious use of your information. All financial information that is submitted to our websites is encrypted and is stored on private servers that are not accessible from the Internet. Further, users are automatically selected to transmit order information over a secure connection, which increases the security of each transaction.

Opt-Out
In each case, users may choose to opt out of receiving future mailings at any time.

We will occasionally update this privacy statement. When we do, we will also revise the "last updated" date at the top of the privacy statement. For material changes to this statement, we will notify you by placing prominent notice on the website.
